		Cellar Door Happenings Cellar door open most weekends for tastings. Wines: Wines are cool climate grown Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz & Pinot Noir. This vineyard planted in 2000 in the Strzelecki Ranges, 6 km from Mirboo North is at 610 m elevation on rolling hills of deep red volcanic soil, well drained North facing aspect. Winery Features: All the fruit grown on the vineyard is hand picked for optimum quality and the fermentation process is in open vats to allow control over the process to produce some of the best varietal characteristics from the fruit.
